Commercial Construction

You've got a project that you want to have done at your business.

But you may not know a general contractor who you feel can do it. Or you only know contractors who do home improvements.

Commercial construction is a lot different than residential construction. It requires a higher level of attention to detail because the public will be visiting your business. The condition of your building reflects on the success of your business. If your building looks good, people naturally assume that your business is legitimate and provides a good service or quality products and that it will be there if something were to go wrong.

Now you may think that you need to contact an architect before getting in touch with a contractor, but that just drives the overall cost of your project up. In many cases, we can create a working drawing at minimal cost that will be sufficient to apply for and receive a building permit from the Code Enforcement Office.

There is no law that says you are required to use an architect. In fact, many times an architect actually draws something that doesn't meet the current construction code and has to be corrected before the building permit will be issued.

Plus contacting an architect just prolongs the completion of your project. The longer it takes you to finish your project, the longer it will take you to start making money and increasing your sales.

A general contractor is only as good as the subcontractors that he hires to do the work that are not performed by his own forces. We have some of the best trade contractors in the area and have solid working relationships with them so your project is completed without a lot of hassle.

It doesn't matter whether it is a simple remodel of a building, installing new suspended ceiling, creating a new space for a conference room, renovating a break room, a bathroom or an engineering office or even expanding your entire building, we can handle your construction needs from start to finish.

And since we are a smaller company, the owner takes a personal interest in every project that is being performed so you know the quality and attention to detail is going to be top notch.

One more thing...its important...we also perform the Special Projects that no other contractor wants to touch...we are professional problem solvers that use creative thinking to resolve any issue that you might have at your facility.
